These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk388 ("pk388", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and gaming services platform accessible at https://pk388.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or digital properties (collectively, the "Platform").

7.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the live cashier and may be denominated in PKR or equivalent currency.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Familiar Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and transfers from banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as common Pakistani payment services. Their availability for Platform deposits must be independently confirmed in the live cashier. These providers do not endorse gambling and pk388 makes no representation regarding their current availability.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are subject to network confirmation requirements. The PKR-equivalent value of any crypto deposit is determined at the time of confirmation, not at the time of initiation.

7.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, except where the Platform expressly permits otherwise.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, the Account Holder must complete KYC verification to the Platform's satisfaction, including submission of valid government-issued identity documents (e.g., CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on promotional balances. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. pk388 makes no representation regarding the speed of any specific withdrawal.

7.3 Currency

Where PKR amounts are displayed on this Platform, they are illustrative references only unless confirmed as live transaction figures within the Platform cashier. Exchange rates and conversion calculations are the sole responsibility of the User.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk388 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or KYC.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in Platform systems for financial gain.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to manipulate or corrupt the outcome of any game, match or sporting event.
• Systematically abusing Promotional Offers in a manner inconsistent with ordinary recreational play.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.

pk388 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings that result from prohibited conduct and to recover any funds that were obtained through such activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk388, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform, whether caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by the User based on information published on the Platform, including offer details, game RTP figures or payment method descriptions.
• Any losses resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform.

The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
